Black016：Do you think that, like most American ones, Japanese universities should start their academic year from September instead of April?
In some cases, the Japanese students who are admitted to enter the American University start an short-term intensive language program around July to get used to the English language. But the difference of the starting month (and automatically the finishing month ) of an academic year often becomes a problem in recruiting as well.
